After submitting your order, what's next?

- Our staff will manually review all orders of that day. The order review will be completed within 24-48 hours. It includes checking all customer's info, shipping address, spelling errors, missing street number or other details, etc. Within this period, cancellation is still possible.

- After the order review, all orders of that day will be fulfilled. It includes packaging, sorting, and dispatching. In this stage, NO CANCELLATION is accepted.

- The delivery will be handled by INDIA POST.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way!  Packages may face delays beyond our control such as postal delays.
